Life + executive + business coaching

Aliveness.

A conversation about the experience of being you—not how great it looks from the outside.

BEING ✦ CHOICE ✦ POSSIBILITY ✦ ALIVENESS

The circumstances matter.
And they’re not the whole story.

We can spend years rearranging the content—work, relationships, habits, plans—while bringing the same unseen assumptions to every new room.

Our conversations make that context visible. Not as something wrong, but as something you can see. And once you can see it, you’re no longer limited to repeating it.

What have you been treating as true?

Who are you being inside of it?

What becomes possible from here?

Plenty of life.
A real partnership.

I coach smart, capable humans around the world—engineers, founders, senior leaders, people eyeing the W-2 exit, and people asking, What now? Different lives. Same feeling that something wants to move.

I’m a SoCal girl turned East Coaster. I went from four paper routes at ten and growing up on fast food to becoming a chef and opening Lucy’s in Providence. My landlord—the head of the New England mob—lived next door, above Addie’s Laundromat. He’d occasionally pop into Lucy’s, and I’d sometimes cook something for him to take home to his mother. I’ve also worked at Brown University, sold food, and led a corporate sales team.

I love being with people as we consider what it means to be human, how conditioning shapes us, what we’re here to create, and how we remember our power.

Our partnership is part honest questions, part blind-spot hunting, and part creating something meaningful together—with love, openness, and directness.

Different lives. Same respect for the wisdom already in the room.
